What Kind of Partner Are You, Really?

Friday night with your partner. Best plan?

• Tackle the home project we keep postponing — together.
• Candlelit dinner, phones in a drawer.
• Parallel play: they do their thing, I do mine, same couch.
• Drive somewhere we've never been and figure it out there.

Your partner gets a job offer in another city. You:

• Sit down with spreadsheets and decide as a unit.
• Celebrate first — love adapts, we'll make it epic.
• Support it fully, and keep my own plans running too.
• Already checking what that city has to explore.

The ideal anniversary is:

• A review of the year: what we built, what's next.
• Recreating our first date down to the song.
• A toast — then each keeps the hobbies we love.
• A last-minute trip to somewhere new.
